How does direct booking work?
Fill out the availability request form: our staff will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and instructions for paying the deposit.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations after that date, the deposit will be retained. Please contact us directly for specific situations.
How and when do you pay?
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card.
Is parking included in the stay?
Yes, private parking is available free of charge for all guests of the residence.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed upon request and for a surcharge. Please indicate this in the notes section of the booking form.
